Rental property in Birmingham
This lovely flat was run-down and needed an overhaul between tenants.
As it is a rental property, there were a few pressures impacting the design, namely the timeline (less than two weeks), budget and the owner’s desire to retain most of the existing furniture.
Using limited colours and same wallpaper in strategic places I created a cohesive living space, which is light, relaxing and inviting.
